The Wilding Escape is a deeply soulful and spiritual women's retreat in North Cornwall, England.

A carefully curated four day immersion of movement, massage, shamanic journeys, sacred ceremonies, women's circles, delicious seasonal food, wild walks and cosy fire side chats. With plenty of time for you to rest and relax.

This is a space to understand and attune to the power of the natural world. A space to develop a greater sense of self-awareness, self-confidence and self-love. A space to receive support and encouragement from other like-minded women.
